| The awakening
of Kundalini is achieved through the balance of our
polarities. Of the Yin and the Yang.
This balance can be greatly favored
by the practice of very subtle breathing techniques.
But to be fully effective, this search
of stability must be expressed through our thoughts,
words and deeds of our everyday life.
However this state of balance being
the result, we must as a preliminary favor the exhaustive
expression of each one of our polarities. We have to
accept our state of initial imbalance as the starting
point and experience it consciously.
We must understand that stability is
a play of beam and imbalance is its key.
Balance is born from imbalance. It
is its fruit.
Perfect balance occurs by the transcendence
of the duality of masculine and feminine poles.
To reach it, it is necessary to consciously
and boldly explore both of them until their fusion and
perfect union is done.
It is the mystical union of the Yin
and the Yang, of Shiva and Shakti, which is achieved
in our innermost being and frees us from our vision
of duality.
Conscious breathing is an essential
key to reach it. By this way, we can experience duality
within our breathing. We can perceive that we breathe
in a more yin or more yang way in our everyday life,
but also according to particular situations.
Thus we discover that by means of certain
respiratory exercises we can rebalance our breathing
or on the contrary foster its imbalance in favor of
one of the polarities we choose.
On the whole, the method consists in
favoring the full expression of each energy to the paroxysm
of one and the other, without being affected by the
imbalance thus created. When the two energies reach
the apogee of their manifestation , balance is achieved.
This stability directs the flooding
of the Yin and the Yang energies to the center where
they unite in perfect harmony.
Their fusion is the detonator which
allows the "coiled" to draw up and reveal
itself in its magnificence.
It is enlightenment.
Thus we must learn the mastery of our
breathing. We must learn to practice the yoga of the
perfect breath. The yoga of breathing.
However, such a yoga must be practiced
under the advised councils of an experienced Master.
