| One of
the major problems in our societies is that the managers
are mostly men. And more precisely people who make prevail
masculine and not feminine qualities. However the latter
are essential to mankind's spiritual progress. For man
is by nature more dominating, aggressive, rational and
far less receptive than woman.
People who attend seminars in spirituality or alternative
medicine know this fact : between 70 and 80% of the
participants are women ! It is because woman is by nature
more receptive, she listens, she doesn't need to express
her opinions in an inopportune manner as men do. She
can listen. Her ego is less strong than man's ego.Woman
is more intuitive. She trusts her instinct, her heart,
and love rather than reason. She intuitively knows that
it's better to trust the heart than the mind.
Contrary to seminars, there are more
men than women in the newsgroups on the Internet. Because
attending a seminar or a conference requires your attention,
your listening, your receptiveness, whereas in the newsgroups
you are absolutely free to express yourself as you want.
And man often do it vehemently. The approach is not
to be receptive but expressive. And, paradoxically,
a place where you can understand better the difficulties
of the ego on the spiritual path, becomes for many people
a place where your ego becomes stronger.
This is the reason why only a few women take part to
newsgroups. The need for domination which is expressed
by aggressive, contemptuous behaviors and sometimes
by chatting up shows the narcissistic attitude of many
men that leave no room to feminine expression which
is mainly based on listening, sharing and tolerance.
Our societies are dominated by masculine
characteristics and it's a pity. If women, or more precisely
feminine qualities were more highlighted, this world
would be less violent, arrogant and stupid. However,
I have the intuition that the present time is the beginning
of a new era, and men are going to understand that our
differences must enable us to improve and not give rise
to conflict. That you're not more intelligent or honest
by calling someone a silly man or a swindler. That spending
your time criticizing or giving lessons to others takes
you away from the most important thing : your own growing
up. That aggressivity and violence under all their forms
show your weakness, not your strength. That you become
mature seeking other's qualities rather than their faults.
As a matter of fact, women could easily
teach men humility and tolerance. They deserve to be
more listened and respected.
Man shouldn't forget that his first
master is his mother. A woman.
As long as man has not revealed his
feminine qualities, he remains incomplete.
And women do know that…
