| Awakening
is a process usually lived in three steps.
It begins with our realizing that we are mainly constituted
with an immanent and eternal dimension whose expression
is our consciousness.
It continues with the long path that leads to conscience
emerging, and is completed when the roles are reversed
and the ego is no longer the master, but becomes the
servant of our awakening conscience.
The first step is the result of our
maturity obtained along all our different incarnations.
It demands a resolutely willing approach from us so
that we can accept this new vision of our being and
make it part of our life.
The second step requires, above all
in its last stage which is the most tricky, the help
of a master. His role is essential to help us thwart
the subtle tricks of the ego which is the ultimate rampart
that separates us from realization.
The last step frees us from any external
dependence.
From then on, our consciousness, our inner master, is
our only guide, is the Path.
