| The perfection
of the body, thus of everything which comes from it
- intellect, thoughts, ego… - is impossible.
It is merely because everything that is mortal is by
definition perfectible.
The substance and everything that comes from it is a
perpetually changing process, it is unsteady and thus
imperfect.
Everything that is mortal is imperfect by nature.
Conversely, what is immortal is perfect in itself.
The laws of men are countless and they are always changing
because they come from the imperfect Men's thought.
Very few are the Laws of God. They have always existed
in the same way and they will never change.
They come from God's perfect Spirit, and thus they are
perfect, immortal.
Only Spirit is immortal, only Spirit is perfect.
Man as a body, thoughts, ego, can't be perfect, consequently
to his own nature.
However, the "perfection" Man has to reach
is of a different order.
Man's perfection consists in submitting himself totally
and freely to his self, or his christ, that is perfect.
Our individual consciousness is perfect because it is
immortal, it is a spark of the universal Consciousness.
The perfect Man is not a man without any imperfection,
this is an impossible thing.
He is the one who willingly and in full awareness reaches
the perfect submission of his ego to consciousness,
thus to God's will.
When a Man reaches this point, he has completed his
human cycle.
His soul can carry on developing to a higher level of
Life until its return to God.
Jesus as a man was not perfect, but His submission to
His inner christ was perfect. In that sense we can consider
with good reason that He achieved perfection, that is
to say the aim to reach for everyone on Earth.
